In addition to the 15 free hours we can offer paid hours between the hours of 8.30 and 3.15 to suit your childcare needs.

From September 2017, the government launched the  ’30 hours free childcare’ scheme. The official name is EFE ‘Extended Free Entitlement’ which is 30 hours free childcare.

The aim of the free childcare scheme is to target and support working parents. Are you eligible to apply ?

To qualify for the scheme both parents or lone parent must be working.

Your earnings must be at least the equivalent of 16 hours pay at minimum wage/living wage per week.

At Norfolk we plan to initially offer six places per term for eligible parents. For more details please visit the website below:

All 4 year-old children can start in reception class in the September after their 4th birthday. You must apply for these places with the local education authority the year before your child is due to start school. The school has an admissions limit of 60 children in each year group.  To apply for a place in our reception class for your child you must complete an online application form for the local education authority. It is really important to do this even if your child is already attending our nursery. Attending the nursery does not guarantee children a place in our reception class.

Applications for academic year 2018-19 start in September 2017 and the deadline for your application to be considered is 15th January 2018. You MUST complete an application form by this date to have the best chance of getting your first choice of school.
