Welcome to Y6 Endeavour and Y6 Endurance!

The teachers working in Y6 are Miss Gold, Mr. Thorpe and Mr. Twining.
The Teaching Assistant’s working in Y6 are Mrs Bratton, Mrs Siddall and Miss Robinson.
Y6s will be completing a homework project linked to their topic each half term. They can select options from their homework menu to complete each week. There will also be spellings to learn, reading everyday and planners for the children to complete.
PE lessons will be on a Tuesday (outdoor) and Friday (indoor). Please ensure that your child has the correct kit for these lessons.
This half term we will be continuing our topic ‘Frozen Kingdom’. We will also be learning about Darwin and his theory of Evolution.
We are off on an exciting expedition with Charles Darwin and his crew on HMS Beagle. We will trace his route over the vast ocean.
Stop at the magical Galapagos Islands to see the amazing species that helped Darwin develop his theory of evolution by natural selection.
